Trained in mediation initially through the in-house training programs of the Canadian Dispute Resolution Corporation, Andy has kept abreast of new skills and techniques by acting as a mediation coach in a wide variety of training programs. These include:

• Pre-trial settlement skills – ADR Approaches in the Judicial Context; The National Judicial Institute
• Managing Successful Settlement Conferences (Level 1 and 2); The National Justice Institute
• Mediation and ADR Training, Aboriginal Institute’s Consortium, Industrial Relations Center, Queen’s University
• In 1996, Andy was granted Chartered Mediator Status by the Arbitration and Mediation Institute of Canada.
• Andy is a graduate of University of Toronto’s Woodsworth College, Business Administration Program.
