Mediations conducted pursuant to Rule 24 (Ontario Mandatory Mediation Program) are governed by the tariff set out in the Rule.
At present, the regulation pertaining to fees for mediators under Rule 24.1 provides the following scale:

Mediations that are not “mandatory” (i.e., subject to Rule 24.1) are billed at the rate of $100 per hour, per party (minimum 3 hours), to a maximum of $400 per hour, plus expenses.
